  Frequenly Asked Questions
  
  Question: Why is your financial support needed?
  Answer: The ministries, sacraments, programs, and daily operations of our parish family depend entirely on the financial support of parishioners and guests. Weekend collections, one-time or recurring gifts, service payments, and estate planning are the only sources of funding for St. Justin’s, St. Francis - St. Martin's, and St. Leopold Mandic's. You decide which parish receives your contribution.
  
  Question: When Charitable Tax receipts are issued?
  Answer: Charitable tax receipts are issued in the following new year.
  
  Question: Am I charged a fee to use this service?
  Answer: There is no charge for the individual making the donation. The Parish is charged a small fee for each transaction.
  
    Question: Can I decide where my donation goes?
    Answer: You can choose from a variety of categories (examples: Regular Sunday Offertory; Christmas; Thanksgiving Appeal; Building Fund; Memorial Donation; Mass Intention payments and more).
  
    Question: Will I get a charitable donation receipt?
    Answer: Your donation(s) will be included on your annual charitable donation receipt.
  
    Question: Is the system and my personal information secure?
    Answer: Pllenty Inc. runs on Amazon Web services and meets strict Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) for service providers.
  
    Question: What do I do if I don’t receive a receipt?
  Answer: You can contact the parish office and they will be able to send you a receipt.
